We have a packed calendar of classes whether you are only a beginner or more advanced - we have classes that will suit.  If you are unsure, please check with a member of staff who will be all to happy to advise you on the best classes and training programme tailored to you.

Our exciting new addition to Banna Beach Leisure Club for 2019 offers alternative methods of training  consisting of Airbikes, Rower, Punchbags, Pull Up Bars & Wall Balls in a spacious, modern studio layout to suit your fitness needs.

Spinning

Spinning Bike classes are a great cardiovascular exercise - improving blood flow, burning calories and increasing fitness level.  

Classes are:
Monday @ 6pm & 7pm
Tuesday @ 10am, 6pm, 7pm
Wednesday @  6.45am 6pm & 7pm
Thursday @ 10am, 6pm & 7pm

Friday @ 6pm

Circuits

Circuits classes involve a variety of exercises designed to give you an overall workout targeting all areas of the body.
 
Classes on Monday at 7pm, Wednesday @ 7pm & Friday at 9.30am

Tone up and burn fat in our studio class.

This Class Runs From September to May

 

Pilates

Pilates improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.  

Pilates are run on a 7 week course basis with courses as follows:

Tuesday @ 8pm

Thursday @ 9.30am

€75  for non members

Our Pilates Courses Run From September to May

Yoga

Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness.  

Classes with Joanna start from the end of September and will run:

Boxercise

A form of physical workout, combining boxing with aerobic exercise.


Wednesday @ 8pm

Our Boxercise class runs as a 7 week course & the price is as follows:
