We have a packed calendar of classes whether you are only a beginner or more advanced - we have classes that will suit.  If you are unsure, please check with a member of staff who will be all to happy to advise you on the best classes and training programme tailored to you.

Our exciting new addition to Banna Beach Leisure Club for 2021 offers alternative methods of training  consisting of Airbikes, Rower, Punchbags, Pull Up Bars & Wall Balls in a spacious, modern studio layout to suit your fitness needs.

Spinning Bike classes are a great cardiovascular exercise - improving blood flow, burning calories and increasing fitness level.  

Classes are:
Tuesday @ 9.15am, 6pm & 7pm
Thursday @ 9.15am, 6pm

Body Scupt with Sean O Connor

 An endurance based, low impact workout, using high reps & light to medium weights in combination with equipement like kettlebells, dumbelss & concept cardio equipment.  It's the all over body workout!

Classes on Tuesday @ 8pm Thursday @ 7pm

Pilates improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.  

Pilates are run on a 6 week course basis with courses as follows:


Monday @ 10am
Tuesday @ 6pm

Tuesday @ 7pm

Our Pilates Courses Run From September to May


Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness.  

Classes with Laura start from October and will run:

Wednesday @ 6.30 pm

Wednesday @ 7.45pm
