Leisure Centre


We have a packed calendar of classes whether you are only a beginner or more advanced - we have classes that will suit.  If you are unsure, please check with a member of staff who will be all to happy to advise you on the best classes and training programme tailored to you.

Our exciting new addition to Banna Beach Leisure Club for 2021 offers alternative methods of training  consisting of Airbikes, Rower, Punchbags, Pull Up Bars & Wall Balls in a spacious, modern studio layout to suit your fitness needs.

Spinning Bike classes are a great cardiovascular exercise - improving blood flow, burning calories and increasing fitness level.  

Classes are:
Tuesday @ 9.30am, 7pm
Thursday @ 9.15am, 7pm

Children's Yoga with Jenny

 Our Yoga classes will include yoga poses, yoga games, learning calming and breathing techniques and then finish with some relaxation (everyones favourite bit).

For younger children we will explore a different theme each week through a journey or an adventure for e.g. to the ocean, the jungle or even space!


Classes are:

Saturday @ 10.30am - 4-6 years

Saturday @ 11.15am 7 - 9 years

Core Strength & Stretch


An energetic class starting 6th October 


A 6 week course aims to improve your core strength, as well as increase your flexibility & balance. Mixing elements of Pilates and Yoga, this will be a great class that will compliment all your other activities, sports training & exercise or even on its own.

Pilates improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.  

Pilates are run on a 6 week course basis with courses as follows:

Our Pilates Courses Run From September to May


Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness.  

Feel more grounded, improve your flexibility and range of motion, energise your body, and then relax with our Hatha Yoga Class.


Classes with Philip start from October 3rd

and will run:

Monday @ 6.30 pm (beginners)

Monday @ 7.30pm (improvers)

Wednesday @ 10am

Booking is essential as class size is limited.
